No trip to the authority: our service registers, re-registers and deregisters cars for you. Registration or re-registration costs €150 all-in, with pick-up and delivery in Berlin and up to 25 km beyond the city limits at no extra charge. Online, we usually deliver the same day – daily until 10pm, and you do not need an ID card with online function; via the authority it takes 2–4 working days in our experience. Call or WhatsApp us in English.

No. You need neither a trip to the car registration office nor your own appointment: we do everything online or hand in your documents for you. If you go yourself, you need a confirmed appointment in the owner's name.1
What we need from you: photos of your documents via WhatsApp, and your signature on the applications – usually when we pick up the originals, or online on a power of attorney that you sign digitally with photos of your ID and a code by text message. You can also drop off documents at our shop in Wittenau (Mon–Sat 9:30am–2pm). Please sign exactly as on your ID card: in our experience, a different signature is one of the most common reasons the authority rejects an application.
Registering or re-registering a car costs €150 all-in at Zulassungsheld; with your own plates – including your current ones when you re-register – it is €120.
All prices are final prices including 19 % VAT. Not included: vehicle tax (Kfz-Steuer), your car insurance and special cases. With delivery, you pay once everything has arrived; if we send plates by post, you pay by bank transfer before shipping.
We handle it in one of three ways. Online registration: we do everything digitally, you don't have to go anywhere – and you do not need an ID card with online function.

We usually pick up your documents the same day, within 2–4 hours, and hand them in early on the next working day. In our experience, the office needs 2–4 working days, sometimes up to 7; we deliver on the day everything is ready.
€150 all-in, €120 with your own plates.
With Ways A and B, the authority sends the registration documents (registration certificate part I, the plate seals and, if needed, part II) by post to the holder's address – for Berlin holders, according to the Berlin registration authority (Landesamt für Bürger- und Ordnungsangelegenheiten, LABO) usually within 7 days; we plan for no more than 2 weeks.2
For registrations and re-registrations, we pick up and deliver at no extra charge in all of Berlin and up to 25 km beyond the city limits, for example in Potsdam or Oranienburg. Through the registration office, we register cars for owners from Berlin, Oberhavel and Potsdam3, at the same prices – and in our experience it takes as long as in Berlin; online, we also register cars from anywhere in Germany, and the plates are sent by post. Looking for a car registration service near you? Our shop is in Berlin-Wittenau, and we come to you.

Translated by us: “Great service! Communication was reliable and fast – they could even be reached at the weekend. The documents were delivered conveniently to the place of my choice.”
We do not check ourselves whether every review comes from a customer; Google checks reviews under its own policies.
These three services have English pages; everything else is in German – just ask us in English.

No. Zulassungsheld is a private registration service from Berlin-Wittenau, not the vehicle registration office. We submit applications on your behalf; the authority – in Berlin the LABO, with locations at Jüterboger Straße 3 in Kreuzberg and Ferdinand-Schultze-Straße 55 in Lichtenberg5 – makes the decision.
